A memorable Club Olimpia home shirt from the historic 2002 season, celebrating the Paraguayan giants' centenary and one of the greatest achievements in the club's history.

Founded in 1902, Olimpia marked their 100th anniversary in spectacular fashion by winning the Copa Libertadores for the third time. Led by Nery Pumpido, the Paraguayan side overcame defending champions Boca Juniors and Brazilian giants Grêmio before facing São Caetano in the final. After losing the first leg 1–0, Olimpia fought back with a 2–1 victory in São Paulo and claimed the title 4–2 on penalties. The championship-winning squad featured Sergio Órteman, Julio César Cáceres, Julio César Enciso, Richart Báez, Miguel Ángel Benítez and Mauro Caballero.

The shirt is instantly recognisable for its clean white base and broad dark-green horizontal chest band, with the large Diario La Nación sponsor forming the centrepiece of the design. The crest features the commemorative 1902–2002 marking celebrating Olimpia's centenary, making the shirt directly identifiable with the club's historic 100th-anniversary season. Its distinctive chest-band layout and commemorative detailing make it one of the most historically significant Olimpia designs of the era.

That's easier said than done. Because what do you do if you are in between two sizes?

Well, that's up to you. Do you like a tight fit? Go for the smaller size. Loving a loose fit? Go for the larger size.

Other Strong Options: 5 (Julio César Cáceres) / 9 (Richart Báez) / 7 (Mauro Caballero)

We recommend No. 16 (Sergio Órteman) as the standout printing choice for this shirt. Órteman was one of the defining figures of Olimpia's historic 2002 Copa Libertadores triumph and captained the side in the decisive second leg of the final against São Caetano. He also scored twice against Grêmio during the semi-final stage. Combining his importance to the team with the significance of Olimpia's centenary Libertadores victory, No. 16 is one of the most authentic and memorable choices for this shirt.
